Return Policy

Mevo Labs will accept items for return or exchange that are purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • The device has not been excessively used

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@mevolabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will handle your request promptly based on the conditions stated on this page.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at support@mevolabs.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure you are taken care of.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. For items over £75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mevo Labs cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of postage.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at support@mevolabs.com and we will investigate promptly.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@mevolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We use carrier timestamp and delivery confirmation data when reviewing damage claims, so it is important to report any issues as soon as possible. Claims reported outside of this window may not be honoured.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
